Time To Replace Your Running Shoes?

Thinking of replacing those running shoes with something a bit more minimalist? Convinced it’s time do what it takes to fix that heel-strike? And ready to take a stand against running injuries once and for all?

Well, some have found great success down the barefoot running route and the attractions are obvious.

But before you get rid of your running shoes, and make the major change from the type of shoe you’ve been running in for years to a less-heavily cushioned alternative, there are one or two things you should check out first.
