The Autumn/Winter 2012 version of Speedcross 3 CS racing shoe combines lightweight upper with innovative climashieldTM design and aggressive tread for comfort and grip on wet, sloppy trail conditions. There has been a few changes made to the Speedcross 3. The forefoot has been reduced by up to 50 percent, meaning that you are lower to the ground and will hopefully gain a much more controlled ride, thus reducing the chances of twisting ankle. The heel is also wider on the sole area, giving a greater contact surface which is altogether more stable. In addition, the Quicklace slider has been reduced in size, and so is the 'garage' pocket, meaning that weight is down and the stowage is now more compact. A few more improvements has been made to these athlete's favorite, the Speedcross 3 gets a new bonded Sensifit construction, more durability in the sole, and lower heel for more stability. Waterproof protection just over the tongue and toes provides water resistance without sacrificing breathability. It is a light, fast, racing shoe used by many Salomon team athletes.

The Salomon Lady Speedcross 3 CS Trail Running Shoes is one of our selections within the range of trail running shoes for men and ladies. This type of shoe is developed with flexibility in mind. These running shoes can handle an entire variety of terrain - tracks, parkland, forests, you name it. These shoes usually have plenty of cushioning for running on roads if that's part of the running programme, but there are some changes from standard road footwear. First, the outsole will have a much deeper grip. The upper will be normally more long lasting, too. If you're running off-road, it is the kind of running footwear you require.
