Directions for use:. BOIL (HOT). Boil 1/3 of a pan of water. Location pack in water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Manipulate Pack to distribute heat. MICROWAVE (HOT). Microwave for 20 seconds. Manipulate Pack to distribute heat. Microwave for added 20 seconds. Allow Pack to represent 20 seconds before removing from microwave. Manipulate Pack once again to distribute heat. WRAP. Cover Pack with safety product. APPLY. Location Pack onto injured area. TIME. 15 minutes on, then off injury. Cold (Freeze). Establishment in freezer for 1.5 hours before use. WRAP. Cover Pack with safety layer. APPLY. Location Pack onto injured area. TIME. 15 minutes on, then off injury. CAUTION: Hot or Cold DO NOT apply straight to skin.
